 BI-SI Solutions is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support a federal public affairs and communication strategy contract supporting the Marine Corps. Empirical is seeking a Junior Financial Audit Response Analyst / Internal Auditor to support a high‑visibility federal financial management and audit readiness mission. If you have strong experience in federal internal controls, audit response, and financial statement support, this role offers the opportunity to directly strengthen the integrity, transparency, and accountability of a major federal program.
What You'll Do:<div><ul><li>
Support annual financial statement audits, including documentation preparation, sample support, and coordination with external auditors.</li><li>
Maintain audit request logs, evidence indexing, crosswalks, and traceability to source documentation.</li><li>
Conduct internal control testing, walkthroughs, and maturity assessments in alignment with OMB Circular A‑123 and GAO Green Book.</li><li>
Perform root cause analysis of audit findings, deficiencies, and Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs).</li><li>
Develop, track, and support Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and remediation activities.</li><li>
Support continuous monitoring, compliance assessments, and internal control automation initiatives.</li><li>
Analyze financial and property data from UFMS, CATS, and related systems to validate completeness, accuracy, and compliance.</li><li>
Prepare audit reports, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership.</li><li>
Respond to ad hoc audit, internal control, and data analysis requests from program leadership.</li></ul></div><div></div> 
What We're Looking For:<div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration (required).</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of experience performing federal internal audit, audit consulting, or audit response.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with GAO Yellow Book, GAO Green Book, OMB Circular A‑123, and FMFIA and FFMIA</li><li>
Experience supporting external federal financial statement audits (preferred).</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to prepare audit‑ready documentation.</li><li>
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance.</li></ul></div><div></div><div>

Position Summary

The Graphics Designer &amp; Webmaster is responsible for supporting the strategic communications, digital presence, and workforce engagement initiatives of APPEL Knowledge Services (APPEL KS) and the Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE). This position serves as the primary resource for web content management, graphic design, multimedia development, video editing, and digital communications supporting NASA&rsquo;s workforce development and knowledge-sharing mission.

The Graphics Designer &amp; Webmaster develops and maintains content across NASA.gov, OneNASA SharePoint, newsletters, publications, podcasts, presentations, and other digital and print communications channels. The position works closely with TWEEDS leadership, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and communications teams to create engaging, visually compelling, and technically accurate content that supports workforce development, knowledge sharing, and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications &amp; Workforce Engagement

<li>Support the strategic communications efforts of APPEL KS and OCE through the development of digital, print, and multimedia communications products.</li>
<li>Create and maintain content for public-facing NASA.gov websites and internal OneNASA SharePoint sites.</li>
<li>Develop graphics, presentations, articles, newsletters, outreach materials, case studies, white papers, and other communications products that support workforce engagement initiatives.</li>
<li>Support interviews, publications, outreach activities, and workforce engagement campaigns.</li>
</ul>
Web Content Management &amp; Digital Presence
<ul>
<li>Serve as webmaster for APPEL KS digital platforms, ensuring content remains current, accurate, accessible, and aligned with NASA standards.</li>
<li>Manage website updates, content publishing, navigation improvements, and digital asset organization across NASA.gov and SharePoint environments.</li>
<li>Coordinate content development workflows and maintain processes that support efficient content creation, review, approval, and publication.</li>
<li>Monitor and recommend improvements to user experience, content organization, and digital engagement.</li>

Graphic Design &amp; Multimedia Development
<ul>
<li>Design and produce graphics, infographics, visual communications products, marketing materials, event collateral, and digital assets that support APPEL KS programs and initiatives.</li>

<li>Manage all phases of video production, including storyboarding, script support, recording coordination, editing, motion graphics, audio enhancement, captioning, and final publication.</li>
<li>Create engaging visual content that effectively communicates technical and educational concepts to diverse audiences across NASA.</li>
