POSITION OVERVIEW
The Mobile Lead Maintenance Technician (Industrial) is consistently thorough and committed to keeping building systems and equipment in good order while supporting other members of the property and team. They provide concierge-style service to the tenants at our buildings and are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience for all who come to their properties. They execute preventative maintenance to keep systems and equipment in good repair and prolong their useful life. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>

The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $222,480.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

This role provides technical leadership across Microservices and agile teams, guiding architecture, code quality, reliability, and scalability within a cloud-native microservices environment. It advises executives on strategic technology decisions while overseeing critical deployments, operational readiness, on-call support, and risk-sensitive activities such as secret key rotations and system health monitoring.
