Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field</li>
<li>5-8 years of business analysis experience</li>
<li>Experience with enterprise software implementations or large-scale system projects</li>
<li>Proven ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with process mapping tools and MS Office suite</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in healthcare, higher education, or research administration environments</li>
<li>Familiarity with grants management, research compliance, or sponsored programs</li>
<li>Knowledge of research administration platforms (e.g., InfoEd, Cayuse, OnCore, CLICK)</li>
<li>Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification</li>
<li>Experience with Workday and/or other ERP system integrations</li>
</ul>
Work Environment:

This position will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including IT, research administration, compliance, finance, and clinical departments across the BILH network. The role requires flexibility to accommodate project timelines and may include occasional evening or weekend work during critical implementation phases. 


Pay Range:
$120,000.00 USD &ndash; $160,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
