About the Team
The GCAS Shared Services team is a globally integrated function within Global Client Account Services that drives strategic alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization. Partnering closely with GCAS leadership and enterprise stakeholders, the team provides end‑to‑end support across business management, data and reporting, process improvement, learning and development, and enterprise compliance. Role Summary
The GCAS Shared Services team is seeking a highly analytical professional to support the development and advancement of enterprise reporting and insights across the department. This position focuses on designing, enhancing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and operational teams. Working closely with partners across GCAS and adjacent functions, the role will help define meaningful KPIs, standardize metrics, and ensure consistent, trusted reporting that supports business performance and strategic decision‑making.
