As a Money Sales, Lending Specialist at Intuit, you will be instrumental in supporting small and mid-market businesses by providing them with essential lending solutions. Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
2+ years of successful track record in outbound calling, leading demos, and pipeline management in SaaS/Fintech.</li><li>
Experience in fintech: selling to medium-sized SMB, account management, or in a B2B environment, OR marketing, financial services, or business development experience.</li><li>
Proven ability to build relationships over the phone and exceed sales goals.</li><li>
Strong business acumen and marketing knowledge.</li><li>

<div>Under the direction of the National Sales Excellence Manager, the Sales Excellence Manager (SEM) will be responsible for driving capability development, sales process adoption, and performance improvement across the good2grow Sales organization.
This role focuses on enabling and training Market Development Managers (MDMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) through both classroom facilitation and field-based learning. The SEM partners closely with Regional Growth Trainers (RGTs) to reinforce good2grow&rsquo;s GROWING sales execution model and performance framework. The ideal candidate brings a passion for people development, CPG sales excellence, and a data-informed approach to capability building that fuels business growth and strengthens field team performance.
Candidates must reside in the Atlanta area to be considered for this role.

<ul><li>Partner with RGTs and RSMs to deliver hands-on training in-market</li>
<li>Assess performance gaps
</li><li>Develop individualized coaching plans</li>

Onboarding &amp; Continuous Learning
<ul><li>Lead onboarding programs for new sales hires</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with good2grow culture, sales process, and tools.</li>
</ul>
Sales Meeting Facilitation
<ul><li>Support the design and delivery of national and regional sales meetings, including content creation, facilitation, and follow-up initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
<ul><li>Work with Marketing, Business Analytics &amp; Insights, and HR to develop scalable training tools and best practices that drive alignment across teams.</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience
Required:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field</li>
<li>5+ years of progressive experience in sales or field training roles within the CPG industry</li>
<li>Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of CPG sales processes and retail execution, DSD GTM strategies + frameworks</li>
<li>Proven background in Sales team + DSD network management</li>
<li>Proven success leading sales capability programs or executing in-market training</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul><li>Prior experience as a Sales Trainer, Regional Sales Manager, or Sales Excellence lead &middot; Experience implementing structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, or similar) &middot; Background in using CRM or data analytics to inform training focus &middot; Experience supporting teams in both DSD and broker-managed environments</li>
