THE OPPORTUNITY
The Interior Designer I is an essential support role within the Design Services division, focused on assisting with the day-to-day execution of renovation projects and process optimization initiatives. This position provides hands-on support in design selection, documentation, research, and coordination for renovation work, including pool renovations, leasing offices, clubrooms, common areas, and amenity spaces. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the design selection process by researching, sourcing, and compiling options for finishes, fixtures, furnishings, materials, and color palettes. Ensure all selections align with brand standards, budgets, and project goals.</li><li>
