The UI/UX Designer designs and optimizes engaging, user-centered digital learning experiences. This role partners with learning, technology, and business teams to improve the usability, accessibility, and adoption of learning platforms while ensuring a seamless learner experience.</h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for learning platforms.</li><li>
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>
Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems.</li><li>
Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, and stakeholders.</li><li>
Optimize platform navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.</li><li>
Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions.</li><li>
Support platform enhancements, testing, and release activities.</li><li>
Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience designing enterprise applications, learning platforms, or employee experiences.</li><li>
Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning environments.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Our Lead UX Designer jobs earn between $128,400.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&amp;T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
