<ul><li>Support daily Agile execution for BMx product teams.</li><li>
Ensure sprint work matches team capacity, sustainment priorities, modernization sequencing, and release governance requirements.</li><li>
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily Scrum execution, dependency coordination, blocker resolution, and ART synchronization.</li><li>
Track sprint predictability, workload balance, operational issues, Help Desk impacts, and sustainment pressures to help prevent overcommitment and release instability.</li><li>
Work with Product Owners, Functional SMEs, DevSecOps engineers, and the RTE to adjust sprint work when critical issues, cybersecurity fixes, migration changes, or operational support needs arise.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.</li><li>
5+ years of experience facilitating Agile teams.
</li><li>Must have an active Secret clearance.</li><li>
Experience supporting enterprise DevSecOps teams.</li><li>
Experience with Scrum execution, sprint planning, agile coaching, dependency tracking, ART coordination, and metrics tracking.</li><li>
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe Scrum Master certifications preferred.</li></ul><div>
