OVERVIEW:
 
Working as Full-time Traffic Administration, you will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations of the Transportation department. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 5851 Guion Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46254.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
 
o Monitoring the effective and efficient daily operations of the Traffic department
 
o Communicating internally and externally by phone and email
 
o Maintaining files, documents, paperwork and data entry
 
o Managing budgets and performance metrics
 
o Complying with safety regulations
 
o Assisting with scheduling drivers and securing loads

o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed

<div>The Commercial Drivers are responsible for operating heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachment. Drivers are responsible for providing the pickup service of containers filled with waste or recyclable materials. Containers may weigh in excess of 1000 pounds and at times require drivers to maneuver wheeled containers to a pickup stage area. Driver will transport the material to a disposal, transfer, or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. This role navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots. Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential to successfully perform this job.

Operate vehicle in accordance with Lakeshore Waste Services safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act), and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state, and federal laws</li><li>
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and documents checks utilizing the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report)</li><li>
Immediately report all unsafe situations or service-related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch</li><li>
Attend and participate in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required by LRS or directed by the Route Manager</li><li>
Work closely with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices</li><li>
Notify Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage</li><li>

POSITION PURPOSE
The Transportation Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of IndyGo&rsquo;s fixed‑route and/or flexible transportation services. This role supports safe, reliable, and efficient transit operations by supervising Coach Operators, monitoring service delivery, resolving operational and customer service issues, and coordinating service adjustments with internal and external stakeholders.

KPA 2 &ndash; Regulatory and Data Integrity<ul><li>
Understanding of the IRB/IEC review, key elements of review considerations, approval and reporting requirements for the site. Complete all IRB/IEC-related documents over the course of a clinical study. Maintains site credentials and ensures updated GCP, licenses remain on file.</li><li>
Comply with reporting of safety related subject discontinuation and safety concerns (AE, SAE or AE of Interest) to the sponsor and IRB/IEC.</li><li>
Autonomously collect, record and report accurate data and demonstrate per FDA guidelines, and review them against the patient&rsquo;s medical record for completeness and accuracy.</li><li>
Ensure scientific integrity of data and protect the rights, safety, and well-being of patients enrolled in clinical trials.</li><li>
Manage a monitoring visit including appropriate preparations, support, documentation and follow up. Maintain proper (accurate and timely) communication with the monitor and follow up on all monitor requests.</li><li>
Implement a CAPA assessment and follow CAPA related issues through to resolution.</li><li>
Escalates issues of protocol non-compliance to study PI and research department leadership.</li></ul>
KPA 3 &ndash; Research Financial Practices: Budget/Contract execution and practices research billing compliance

Understanding of the payment terms of the study budget and the and tract items that need to be invoiced for a clinical study.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Position Qualifications/Requirements</h1>
Education<ul><li>
Bachelors or Associates degree in Nursing is required.</li></ul>
Certifications/Licenses<ul><li>
Unencumbered RN License in state of employment or multi-state license.</li><li>
Valid state Driver&rsquo;s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.</li></ul>
Previous Experience<ul><li>
2-5 years nursing experience required, oncology preferred.</li></ul>
