<br>Men’s Residential and Detox or 890 Residential Services is a program of HealthRIGHT 360 that serves male-identifying clients. This program has approximately 105 beds and provides residential treatment for substance use disorder (SUD) for up to 90 days. Clients are supported by a team of behavioral health professionals who provide counseling and education for substance abuse disorders, life skills, as well as individual and group therapy.
<br>The On-Call Therapist works collaboratively with a team consisting of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors and SUD Supervisors to provide valuable insight, direction, and oversight of Drug Medi-Cal (DMC) services. They also participate in a collaborative care process for clients, which includes providing individual and group therapy. Additionally, they are responsible for providing safe, supportive, and confidential counseling; maintaining a culturally competent stance; and always creating and maintaining a trauma informed program environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<br><br>
<b>Individual Treatment Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Manages an individual therapy caseload.</li>
<li>Performs individual psychotherapy services in a residential setting.</li>
<li>Provides counseling, support and psycho-education for individuals with co-occurring disorders that include screening clients for appropriate levels of services, assessments, treatment planning, case management, and referrals.</li>

<p>ABOUT OUR FAMILY</p><p>We are a multicultural Bay Area family seeking a warm, intellectually curious governess and early childhood educator to join us long-term as we explore the world with our three children under four.</p><p>We travel domestically every month and internationally several times a year, and we're looking for someone who thrives on discovery &ndash; someone who sees every new city, culture, and context as a classroom. A candidate with Montessori training and experience spanning both institutional and home-based education would be a natural fit, though we welcome a range of early childhood backgrounds. Native Mandarin and fluent English are required.</p><p>During extended trips (ranging from one week to several months), the position is live-in.
