 The Wine Chain Account Manager (CAM) identifies customer targets, develops a process to maintain visibility with and builds relationships with decision makers to foster future business opportunities. The Senior Marketing Communications Specialist is a strategic role responsible for driving CEVA’s marketing communications across North America. Based in Houston, TX and reporting to the Head of Communications & Marketing for North America, this position serves as a key partner to business leaders and sales teams to elevate CEVA’s brand presence and accelerate growth. The role encompasses leadership in tradeshow and event activation, account-based marketing (ABM) leveraging Pardot and Salesforce, social media strategy, and media relations. The successful candidate will design and execute integrated campaigns that support CEVA’s core product lines—Ground & Rail, Air & Ocean, and Contract Logistics—while ensuring measurable impact on pipeline generation, customer engagement, and brand visibility. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 
Plan, manage, and execute tradeshows and customer events across North America (pre-show outreach, onsite activation, post-show follow-up).
 Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) plays leveraging Pardot (Account Engagement) and Salesforce—targeting priority accounts for Ground & Rail, Air & Ocean, and Contract Logistics.

<ul><li>Hold responsibility for the Supply Chain function within the Project Management Team
</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders on the development and implementation of project requirements and have a key interface with the client and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget

The Category Manager Supply Chain Procurement &ndash; Marine and Terminals is accountable for Sourcing and Contracting strategies and implementation for all Marine sub-categories, including Barge / Regional Marine and Ocean transportation services as well as Terminal Storage services for the Americas for finished goods, manufacturing and raw materials/feedstocks. </div>How You Can Be the Impact
Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Develop category procurement strategies for the Americas Region and subsequently manage the sourcing &amp; contracting process for assigned category/sub-category in line with ETP Supply Chain and business requirements on service level, reliability and quality at optimal TCO.</li><li>
Provide guidance and collaborate with Procurement Team members in the Europe Region in developing a global sourcing and contracting strategy for Ocean Shipping to best support the business and deliver value.</li><li>
Assess business requirements, conduct competitive tenders, evaluate offers, award and negotiate contracts through efficient and effect category and contract management practices.</li><li>
Lead contract negotiations and placement of contracts with value creation in mind for Supply Chain needs and manage assigned category contracts.</li><li>
Benchmark rates and ensure all lanes and rates are current and meet business requirements; ensure new lanes are quoted and contracted in a timely manner.</li><li>
Manage supplier performance; segment supplier base and routinely schedule and review suppliers&rsquo; KPI performance to ensure expectations are met and value is attained.</li><li>
Internal engagement with Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, Legal, HR, EHSS, Sustainability, and Finance.
</li><li>Reporting of category metrics, preparation of reports and presentations.</li><li>
