 Anticipate travel needs and prepare detailed itineraries to support efficient and productive travel schedules.

 Coordinate travel logistics with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless experiences for the executive.

 Monitor travel changes and proactively adjust logistics to minimize disruptions to the executive&rsquo;s schedule.

 Prepare briefing materials and logistical coordination for travel involving client meetings, press engagements, or key business events.

 Anticipate executive needs by assessing upcoming meetings, travel schedules, and key events to ensure preparation and materials are ready in advance.

 Coordinate proactively with Design Management and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with creative development timelines and executive priorities.

 The hiring range for this position ranges from $40.72 - $55.09/ hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates&rsquo; relevant skills and experience.
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate or creative environment.
 </li>

 <li>
 Strong situational awareness and ability to quickly assess complex organizational and interpersonal dynamics.
 </li>
