 In consultation with other Board offices and divisions, develops annual report to Congress under section 342 of the Dodd-Frank Act, EEOC, and other government compliance reports.<br>
 Maintains an effective EEO counseling and formal complaint resolution process, including the timely processing and effective disposition of employment discrimination complaints filed by Board employees and applicants for Board employment. Appoints investigators and provides for the receipt and investigation of individual complaints of discrimination.<br>
 Develops and implements effective training programs for the Board, staff, managers, and officers regarding rights and responsibilities under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Rehabilitation Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and other federal laws relating to workplace discrimination.</p><p>
 Manages the EEO Programs and OMWI budget, including program spending, vendor contracts and payments, and shared costs supporting Board initiatives and/or programs while reporting and tracking spending by quarter.</p><p><br>

Fifteen years full-time work experience; including 10 years of executive level experience leading and managing the full range of EEO programs, human resource management, human relations, or other relevant discipline. 10 or more years of experience in leading people, including senior level managers. Ability to lead and manage staff and projects effectively, set priorities, assess performance, guide staff development, and make budgetary recommendations. Ability to balance competing interests among a variety of clients and readily readjust priorities to respond to pressing and changing client demands. Must be able to anticipate and meet the clients&rsquo; needs while maintaining high-quality end products.</p><p>
Ability to exercise independent and sound judgment in establishing objectives for assigned area(s) of responsibility that provide support and services for the divisions and Board&rsquo;s missions.  Manages projects necessary to fulfill agency space requests and facility issues. Provides leadership and direction in executing scheduling and team management. Plays key role in the development of a strategic plan, team building, and process re-engineering efforts. Develops project scopes, engages internal and external decision makers, establishes timelines and milestones, and coordinates the participation of all applicable government planners and landlord resources to ensure successful completion of projects, including relocation projects. Serves as principal liaison for the Division and point of contact for all agency leasing and space needs. Coordinates with District government senior managers, and facilities and program staff to understand the impact of program activities on space needs. Engages landlords when they are unresponsive to facility concerns; develops strategic planning for relocations or renewals around lease expiration; manages the Solicitation for Offer (SFO) process when new space must be acquired from the market; coordinates project transition when services are required from the Facilities and/or Construction offices; and negotiates leases and/or disposition of
