Partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, prioritize features, and translate mission needs into actionable user stories.</li><li>
Build and maintain project roadmaps, release plans, and risk registers that keep leadership informed and teams aligned.</li><li>
Remove blockers and foster a collaborative, high-trust environment where developers and designers do their best work.</li><li>
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to deliver on time and within scope.</li><li>
Ensure all deliverables meet federal security requirements, including compliance standards tied to Secret-level systems.</li><li>

What You Bring</b></h3><p><b>
Required:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain one prior to start).</li><li>
5+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on application development and software delivery.</li><li>
Proven track record leading Agile/Scrum teams&mdash;you know how to run a sprint, groom a backlog, and ship working software iteratively.</li><li>
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development frameworks.</li><li>
Experience managing cross-functional teams of developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers.</li><li>
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills&mdash;comfortable presenting to both technical teams and senior leadership.</li><li>
Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to work onsite at the federal customer site in Washington, D.C. 5 days per week.</li></ul><p><b><br>
