<p><b>About us</b></p><p>We are looking for an experienced, energetic architectural designer knowledgeable and experienced in AutoCAD and Sketchup to join our team.</p><p>We offer a relaxed atmosphere, paid time off including over a week off around Christmas, health benefits, as well as potential for performance bonus.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Prepare complete architectural drawings from design sketches.</p><p>- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines as required.</p><p>- Communicate with clients, coordinate work with structural engineers, MEP engineers, and the City.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>- <b>3+ years of residential drafting experience</b></p><p>- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup (Revit a plus, but not required).</p><p>- Ability to set up complete and accurate construction documents</p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</p><p>- Knowledge of current city building codes</p><p>- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team</p><p>- Ability to organize, maintain and archive projects</p><p>- Experience in commercial projects is a plus, but not required</p><p><b>We are ONLY looking for local candidates.
