Serve as a resource to plan sponsors and financial advisors for matters related to ERISA compliance, plan design and governmental reporting. This person is the single point of contact for employer, financial profession and plan sponsor for their accounts.  The primary role of the DC is to consult our Ford and Lincoln Dealers on all aspects of the digital landscape and ensure they are aware of and optimizing FordDirect&rsquo;s products and services, driving the success of their digital footprint.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Dealer Consultant provides digital product and services expertise and support to an assigned group of Ford and Lincoln Dealers via

 The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, retaining and servicing customers, managing financials, territory in a B2B environment and knowledge of dealership operations (New/Used Sales, Service and Parts, Dealership workflows).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Functions

 Consult and service Dealers on product offering, utilization, and performance via in-person dealer visits and targeted marketing.

 Act as the single point of contact for assigned Dealers, successfully managing, and resolving Dealer concerns.

 Assess and analyze Dealer digital marketing strategies, tactics, and performance in preparation for Dealer consultation.

 Utilize consultative selling practices to achieve product penetration and retain existing business with dealers.

 Work collaboratively with solutions SMEs to achieve product penetration and retention goals and drive Dealer value.

 Provide post-sales support and build strong relationships with Dealers and FMC Team members to reach Dealer satisfaction goals.

 Provide coaching to dealership team members to improve performance and utilization of FordDirect&rsquo;s products and services.

 Gather Dealer perspective for product use-case/value and recommend product and process enhancements to internal teams.

 Benefits and Pay: Target Base Salary Range is $85K-$110K. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
