<div>Job Summary
The Community Asset Manager position assists with the management of day-to-day field operations of all District-owned property including common areas and amenities, with a concentration on landscape &amp; irrigation maintenance. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the landscape &amp; irrigation maintenance contracts for the districts. The position will also prepare and develop landscape &amp; irrigation maintenance bid proposals and oversee the bidding process. Lastly, the position is responsible for performing site visits and providing written reports to the District Manager and maintenance vendor as requested.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Conduct site visits for all District-owned properties as requested by the District Manager.</li><li>
Assist District Manager in overseeing the daily field operations of landscape &amp; irrigation maintenance contracts.</li><li>
Provide written Field Services Report to the District Manager.</li><li>
Attend Board of Supervisor and Vendor meetings, if requested, by the District Manager on an as needed basis. Some meetings occur in the evenings and will require some public speaking.</li><li>
Develop bid specs, advertise maintenance/construction projects, conduct pre-bid meetings, and bid openings, and advise respective Boards on bid selection process.</li><li>
Review financial and operating information, as appropriate.</li><li>
Coordinate and develop periodic financial and/or operating analyses to assist with annual budgeting upon request by the District Manager.</li><li>
