 The Claims Analyst is responsible for processing professional, inpatient, and outpatient facility claims using the knowledge of industry standard practices for processing medical claims. This position will also perform updates based on COB status, eligibility reinstatements, and retro-authorization approvals. This position applies relevant rules and regulations specific to coding, providers, plan benefits, contracts, state, and federal guidelines, as well as Community Health Choices policies and procedures. Role Summary:

We're looking for a Trade Investigations Analyst to join Exiger's Government Solutions practice to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in detecting and disrupting illegal transshipment and trade fraud. Reporting to the Government Solutions Team Lead, you will combine investigative curiosity, trade technical expertise, and data analysis to validate origin claims, audit transactions, and produce defensible investigative findings that inform enforcement actions. This is a high-impact role with significant stakeholder visibility and operational travel.

What You'll Do:</h2>
<ul><li>Investigative Analysis: Collate and cross-reference disparate data sources to determine whether illegal transshipment or trade fraud has occurred.</li>
<li>Product Costing Analysis: Conduct detailed component/material costing (by weight and unit) and reconstruct final assembly costs to support substantial transformation and country-of-origin determinations.</li>
<li>Transaction Auditing: Use the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) to process and review import transactions, flagging anomalies and patterns indicative of non-compliance.</li>
<li>Document Review: Review and interpret customs and supply-chain documentation (Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin) to validate trade claims.</li>
<li>Manufacturing Verification: Assess production capacity and packaging processes&mdash;including relevant industrial equipment&mdash;to determine whether a facility can plausibly produce the imported goods.</li>

As an auto damage claims adjuster, you&rsquo;ll serve as Progressive&rsquo;s point of contact with customers &ndash; directing and making decisions regarding the repair process from beginning to end. Managing your own inventory while working independently, you&rsquo;ll work closely with body shops and others to negotiate repair pricing and assess liability. Ideal candidates will possess leadership and conflict management skills, along with strong attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service. 
 
This is a field position with access to a company car and frequent driving within your assigned geographical area. We assess our workload collectively, which means you may cover assignments outside your geographical area. You may also be required to report into an office occasionally.
