Compensation
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $58661 - $77125.98 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. About the role
The Assistant Clinical Manager (ACM) supports the Clinical Operations Manager in overseeing a distributed team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a multi-state telehealth platform. This role ensures clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across service lines including urgent care, weight management, men&rsquo;s health, and women&rsquo;s health in all 50 states plus DC. The ACM serves as both a clinical leader and operational partner, providing mentorship, performance oversight, and quality assurance while helping scale telehealth services safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership &amp; Oversight:<ul><li>
Supervise and support a team of Nurse Practitioners delivering telehealth care across multiple specialties</li><li>
Provide real-time clinical guidance and escalation support for complex patient cases</li><li>
Ensure adherence to evidence-based guidelines and company clinical protocols</li><li>
Promote a culture of patient safety, quality, and continuous improvement</li></ul>
Team Management &amp; Development:<ul><li>
Assist in onboarding, training, and ongoing education of NPs</li><li>
Conduct performance evaluations, chart reviews, and competency assessments</li><li>

Requirements 
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred)</li><li>

3+ years of clinical experience, including telehealth experience</li><li>
1+ year in a leadership, supervisory, or lead clinician role</li><li>
