The Cloud Developer is a part of a team that will lead large-scale data analysis projects to designs and delivers on premises and cloud-based applications. Essential Responsibilities:

Monitor project financial performance, labor utilization, and contract ceilings.</li><li>

Required Qualifications:
</h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.</li><li>
5&ndash;8 years of progressive project management experience in federal IT environments.</li><li>
Experience supporting software development, cloud solutions, or enterprise data platforms.</li><li>
Working knowledge of: Federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS), Risk management practices, Cost and schedule performance tracking, Federal cybersecurity compliance frameworks</li></ul><ul><li>
Experience using project management and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).</li><li>
Active Secret clearance.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>
PMP certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).</li><li>
PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification.</li><li>
Experience supporting spectrum-related systems in DoD or NTIA environments.</li><li>
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li><li>
Understanding of enterprise data platforms, data governance, or AI/ML-enabled systems.</li><li>
Experience supporting DoD, State Department, or national security programs.</li></ul>
