<li> <div>Welcome and connect with every customer every time by being a brand ambassador with positivity and enthusiasm</div></li><br>

 Consistently provide quality beverages and food</div></li><br>

 Have a clear knowledge on all inventory items and accurately communicate product information to customers by responding to questions, orders, and concerns</div></li><br>

 Maintain a clean environment including the cleaning of the back of house, bar areas, and patios to contribute to a healthy environment for customers and employees</div></li><br>

 Contribute to store profitability by following Verve&rsquo;s cash handling and cash register protocols</div></li><br>

 Participate in the training and development of new employees</div></li><br>

 Work at different stations in the caf&eacute; as needed and assigned</div></li><br>

<div><b>Qualifications and Requirements</b></div><br>

<li> <div>Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred and Coffee experience is plus</div></li><br>

 Must maintain current state-issued Food Handler Card</div></li><br>

 Must be 18 years or older</div></li><br>
<li>
<div>
 Able to multi-task and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment</div></li><br>

 Ability to communicate effectively with others, written and verbally</div></li><br>

Additionally, employees will be required to lift products and packaging overhead and may frequently handle items weighing between 25 and 50 pounds. Essential vision capabilities for this role encompass close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Furthermore, adept finger and wrist dexterity are essential for successful performance in this position.<br>
