What will you be doing?
The purpose of this role is to execute marketing strategies and tactical plans that promotes S&amp;N product superiority. It involves coordinating with the Regional Marketing Managers, to drive revenue and market share for the Division and maintain customer relations with major accounts while driving the customer requirements back into the Company. The Product Specialist will be selling unique patented devices and implants in theatre directly to opinion leading surgeons.
What will you need to be successful?
<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with the distributor.
</li><li>Conduct product presentations to different customers level for example physicians, nurses, purchasers, and decision makers.
</li><li>Conduct product training.
</li><li>Assist in the identification and assessment of the field and marketing support needs and making recommendation to management when appropriate.
</li><li>Maintain a strong relationship with the Business Unit staff and regional marketing managers.
</li><li>Function as a communication link between the marketing organization and the Business Unit to resolve problems, quality issues, manufacturing defects, and other related issues.
</li><li>Ability to scrub and be present in the theatre and assist or advise the physician in S&amp;N product implant, usage, and techniques.
</li><li>Facilitate the implementation and adoption of marketing strategies and tactics and customer education programs at country level.
</li></ul>Successful candidates would need the following:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree relating to, medical or equivalent.
</li><li>One year experience in product marketing
</li><li>In-theatre and or clinical marketing experience would be ideal.

 Job Summary
 
 
 
 MAZ NEXA is seeking an experienced, strategic, and client-focused Senior Account Manager to lead key client accounts and build strong, long-term partnerships.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in account management, marketing, digital marketing, and social media marketing. Previous agency-side experience within a marketing, advertising, branding, creative, PR, media, social media, or digital agency is strongly preferred.
 
 
 This role requires excellent client relationship management, strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple integrated marketing projects from planning through execution.
 
 
 The Senior Account Manager will act as the primary link between clients and MAZ NEXA&rsquo;s internal teams, ensuring that client objectives are clearly understood, projects are delivered on time and within scope, and all work meets the agency&rsquo;s quality standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage a portfolio of key client accounts and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by developing a strong understanding of their businesses, industries, audiences, challenges, and marketing objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead client meetings, presentations, strategic discussions, campaign reviews, and account-planning sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate client requirements and business objectives into clear marketing strategies, project briefs, scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and measurable deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop annual, quarterly, and campaign-level account plans aligned with client objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Content, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Media Buying, PR, Production, SEO, Web Development, and Project Management teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure internal teams clearly understand client requirements, priorities, deadlines, approval processes, and expected outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, creative, paid media, performance marketing, PR, web, SEO, and other relevant channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals, risks, and overall account performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all projects and campaigns are delivered on time, within the agreed scope and budget, and according to MAZ NEXA&rsquo;s quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review work before it is presented to clients to ensure strategic alignment, accuracy, consistency, and quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage client feedback professionally and ensure that comments, revisions, and approvals are communicated clearly to internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential challenges early and resolve client concerns, project risks, and account issues proactively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare proposals, presentations, status reports, campaign reports, account reviews, and performance summaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse campaign performance and work with internal specialists to provide clients with meaningful insights, recommendations, and optimisation opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop account growth strategies and identify suitable opportunities for upselling and cross-selling MAZ NEXA&rsquo;s services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support client retention, contract renewals, scope expansions, and long-term account growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong commercial awareness by monitoring account scope, budgets, resources, profitability, and additional client requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify out-of-scope requests and coordinate the preparation of additional proposals, budgets, or change requests when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support new-business opportunities, proposals, pitches, and presentations alongside the Business Development and Strategy teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor relevant industry, marketing, digital, and social media trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate account documentation, meeting notes, action plans, project updates, approval records, and client communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and support Account Managers, Account Executives, and junior team members when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to improving MAZ NEXA&rsquo;s account-management processes, service quality, client experience, and internal ways of working.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 A minimum of five years of professional experience in account management, client servicing, marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, or integrated communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous agency-side experience within a marketing, advertising, branding, creative, PR, media, social media, or digital agency is strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and complex integrated marketing projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, project scopes, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, content, creative, paid media, performance marketing, SEO, web, analytics, and campaign reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leading client meetings, strategic presentations, campaign reviews, and account-planning discussions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial understanding, including account growth, retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, scope management, and profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using project-management, CRM, analytics, reporting, or marketing platforms is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.
 </li>
