Position Duties and Responsibilities
<ul><li>Architect, implement and administer on-premises and cloud servers, applications, and network infrastructure.</li><li>

Champion the adoption of cloud technologies to deliver scalable, secure solutions.</li><li>

Strong experience managing and monitoring servers and endpoints via Jamf, Intune, ConnectWise.</li><li>
Experience leading teams through Agile processes</li><li>
Experience with industry standard security solutions.</li><li>
Strong background in supporting Windows, Mac and Linux users.</li><li>
Expertise managing Cisco Meraki, Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Okta.</li><li>
Prior experience in a mid-sized enterprise IT team (500+ employees).</li><li>
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel.
