Austin Industrial</b> is currently seeking an experienced <b>Combo Pipe Welder</b> to join our team located in <b>Pensacola, FL.</b> The Combo Pipe Welder will perform welding, pipefitting, mechanical troubleshooting, and maintenance work within an industrial paper mill environment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to safety, and the ability to perform high‑quality welds on various metals and pipe systems.</p>
<p><b>
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform welding on carbon steel and stainless-steel pipe systems using various welding processes.</li>
<li>Cut, fit, and fabricate pipe spools and components.</li>
<li>Interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding symbols.</li>
<li>Perform maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery.</li>
<li>Assist with troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment and plant systems.</li>
<li>Ensure work is completed safely and according to company and customer standards.</li>
<li>Work at various heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions as needed.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to meet all physical demands listed above.</li>
<li>Must be able to work a 4/10 schedule, unless required to cover a shift.</li>
