You&rsquo;ll ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness.</p><p>

Role Overview</b></h2><ul><li>
Delivers all food, supplies and equipment to specified location at designated times.</li><li>
Sets up food, supplies, equipment and utensils at designated tables or other locations according to specific catering guidelines and special instructions.</li><li>
Sets table with all contracted service ware, per catering guidelines.</li><li>
Reviews daily schedule at the start of shift to ensure understanding of the day&rsquo;s expectations and plans food preparation and assembly according to scheduled delivery times. Contacts lead, assistant or manager upon review and reports any potential problems fulfilling schedule.</li><li>
Captures all required food and supplies utilizing work sheets and checklists.</li><li>
Communicates and coordinates activities with the hot food and cold salad production areas regarding the timing and preparation of required menu items at start of shift.</li><li>
Communicates and coordinates activities with the Hospitality Cook regarding the timing and preparation of required menu items at the start of shift.</li><li>
Operates and maintains equipment carefully and according to manufacturer&rsquo;s manual and Departmental Policies and Procedures Manual; reports mechanical failures or needed repairs to maintain equipment in good working conditions. Keeps track of all transport trucks.</li><li>
Prepares daily cold food products and baked goods as taught by manager.</li><li>
Serves guests in a professional manner, offering guests food and drink observing common rules of courtesy and hospitality.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Qualifications
</b></h2><ul><li>Experience in food service or hospitality preferred</li><li>
ServSafe Food Handler Certificate of Achievement preferred</li><li>
Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and safety standards</li><li>
Comfortable with physical requirements such as lifting, standing, pushing/pulling, and working in hot or cold environments</li><li>
Strong verbal communication and hearing ability for effective service and team coordination</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
