About the Role:</h2>

The Influencer Performance &amp; Content Coordinator will support the execution and optimization of OLAPLEX's influencer performance marketing and creator content initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Influencer Performance &amp; Content Marketing, this role will focus on supporting creator partnerships, tracking influencer performance, managing creator-generated content, and helping scale influencer campaigns across paid media, affiliate, and organic channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, analytical, and passionate about creator marketing and social media performance.

Influencer Campaign Execution</h2>
<ul><li>Support the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms</li>
<li>Coordinate creator deliverables, timelines, and campaign logistics</li>
<li>Manage influencer outreach, product seeding, and briefing support</li>
<li>Track campaign deliverables and ensure content is delivered on time</li>

<ul><li>Organize and manage influencer-generated content for use across paid media, organic social, retail, and DTC channels</li>
<li>Support the creation of a scalable content pipeline from creators</li>

The annual base pay for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. As a Freelance Account Manager, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day client communications while partnering cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, Design, and Insights teams to deliver high-quality, integrated campaigns. This role is focused on client service, project management, and influencer/creator-led campaign execution.
