Our Local <b>Customer Care Agent</b> is the operational backbone of our delivery ecosystem, supporting delivery recovery and customer communication across our Fulfillment Centers. These agents manage a demanding multi-channel workload that includes serving as the primary point of contact for all &quot;hot&quot; deliveries&mdash;any delivery that was not landed 100% and requires customer recovery. The team also manages our VIP process, which includes inspecting products and sending photos to customers to help manage expectations. What You'll Do:
</p><p>As the Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting Park On Call's 24/7 operations by ensuring operational accuracy, client satisfaction, and internal workflow efficiency. This position serves as a key link between On Call Support Technicians, Park On Call leadership, and Park on Call client accounts, helping to maintain service excellence across all supported locations.

Track employee absences and attendance-related categories.

Assist with scheduling and calendar management.</p></li><li><p>
Answer protocol and process questions from the On Call Support Technicians.

You will own the end-to-end data pipelines and transformation layer that power our AI agents and enable reliable, insight-ready data for finance leadership.
