About the role:

As a Customer Service Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee the day to day functions of a team of call center representatives. You will teach, train, and mentor representatives in a fast-paced environment to ensure success and a quality customer experience. Compensation:

Essential Functions:
Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provides supervision of assigned staff including hiring, supervision meetings, reviewing e-time and ensuring time-off policies are enforced.</li><li>
Ensures Participant Engagement Specialist are at their appointed scheduled locations and rearranges staff as needed to provide adequate coverage.</li><li>
Ensures timely and applicable training and competency enhancement of incoming and current Participant Engagement Specialists as well as other staff as assigned to ensure accuracy of workflow and data input.</li><li>
Completes audits to assess the quality and accuracy of program/participant data of the PES team members</li><li>
 Assists with writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to position workflows.</li><li>

Greeting participants visiting the facility, completing registration, answering questions and assist filling out any necessary documents.</li><li>

Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE), you will be responsible for protecting and growing our SaaS and enterprise cloud customers. Pay Transparency

The anticipated cash compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 annually. The cash compensation package includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HYCU's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all roles are eligible to participate in HYCU&rsquo;s equity plan and benefits program. Individual compensation packages are determined by a combination of factors unique to each candidate, including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. About this Role:
W e are seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to provide hands-on, on-site and remote IT support for our Chicago-area offices. This role is ideal for a seasoned technician with strong end-user support skills and a solid understanding of networking, infrastructure, and enterprise IT environments. The Senior IT Technician will act as the local technical escalation point, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations for business users.
Key Responsibilities:
End-User &amp; Office Support
<ul><li>Provide Level 2 &amp; 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration tools.
</li><li>Serve as the on-site IT presence for Chicago offices, including deskside support and office walk-ups.
</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from the centralized Helpdesk.
</li><li>Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
</li><li>Assist with new hire onboarding and employee offboarding, including equipment setup and access validation.
</li></ul>Infrastructure &amp; Networking Support
<ul><li>Support local network infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, cabling, and ISP connectivity.
</li><li>Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS/DHCP).
</li><li>Assist with server room, MDF, and IDF support including patching, rack/stack, and equipment inventory.
</li><li>Support printers, conference room technology, AV systems, and meeting room setups.
</li></ul>Systems &amp; Security Support
<ul><li>Assist with endpoint management, device imaging, patching, and asset tracking.
</li><li>Support Active Directory / Entra ID user and device administration.
</li><li>Enforce IT and security policies, including device standards and access controls.
</li><li>Assist with security initiatives such as MFA support, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation.
</li></ul>Operational Excellence
<ul><li>Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system and knowledge base.
</li><li>Maintain accurate IT asset inventory for Chicago offices.
</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
</li><li>Participate in after-hours or weekend support for office moves, upgrades, or critical incidents as required.
</li></ul>Required Qualifications
<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on IT support experience (Level 2 or higher).
</li><li>Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
</li><li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi).
</li><li>Experience supporting on-site office environments and remote users.
</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and serve as the primary on-site IT resource.
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>Experience with Intune or other MDM tools.
</li><li>Exposure to Azure / Entra ID or cloud infrastructure.

Operations
 
 
Under the supervision by the pharmacist, assist in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state, federal, and company policy. Reviews and complies with the Walgreen Co. Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
 
Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist and Store Manager including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions. Assists pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow.
 
Reports, immediately, prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adheres to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program.
 
Strictly adheres to the Walgreen Co. policy regarding Good Faith Dispensing during all applicable prescription dispensing activities.
 
Responsible and accountable for registering all related sales on assigned cash register, collects and handles cash as required. Takes customer to OTC aisle when possible to assist in locating products.
 
Handles telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians.
 
Processes (corrects and resubmits) manual claims for third party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performs other clerical duties, as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
 
Leads Pharmacy Department inventory management activities, such as, ordering, unpacking, checking and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. Maintains knowledge of Company asset protection techniques, and files claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.
 
Assists and supports Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in analyzing and seeking to improve pharmacy financial, customer service and inventory performance data; reviewing Rx KPIs with Store Manager and Healthcare Supervisor.
 
May assist pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other clinical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of clinical services, Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers.
 
Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities.
 
Supports execution of Pickup program.
 
Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat and orderly in condition and appearance
 
Coaches pharmacy technicians and cashiers in the correct use of processes and tools in order to drive efficiency within the pharmacy.

Basic Qualifications
