 About The Role
 
 
 
 As a success specialist, you will be responsible for directly helping clients, internal teams, and third party vendors troubleshoot issues with the ALIS software product over the phone (mainly) and via email. This position is absolutely critical to the frontline community staff that rely on the ALIS success team for assistance and the members of this team take their job of helping people seriously. If you dislike taking phone calls or connecting with people voice to voice - this position is not for you!
 
 
 ALIS clients are very kind and appreciative of the help the success team gives so this is not a call center or consumer complaint type job - it is a position in which you truly get to know front line workers and assist them in navigating the ALIS software and technology concepts. Individuals that succeed in this position are great on the phone, build strong relationships, have a passion for leveraging technology to solve real world problems, and love finding a way to &ldquo;say yes&rdquo;.
 
 
 Members of the success team also work to develop technical &ldquo;specialties&rdquo; related to different parts of the ALIS software (clinical, billing, CRM, integrations, pharmacy, etc.)

About the role:

The Customer Success Manager can develop relationships and with an assigned book of Pacvue's clients and may assist with larger or more complex accounts. Responsibilities:

</h1>The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for maintaining reactive and proactive contact with customers to improve customer satisfaction and cash collections. During incoming calls, the Specialist supports the field staff and customers with the resolution of questions and issues. They are responsible for add-on sales, saves, retention, collections, and contract renewals and will work on moderately complex assignments where some judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. The Specialist also follows up on accounts both 60 and 90 days overdue to ensure there are no service issues delaying payment and asking customer for payment. 
 
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities:
</h1><ul><li>Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by managing a variety of calls including but not limited to questions related to service failures, billing, collections, cancellation requests, contracts, upgrades, and/or downgrades, etc.
</li><li>Ensure every issue is resolved on the first call or send the call to the appropriate person for resolution but remains accountable for resolution.
</li><li>Make outgoing campaign calls such as (but not limited to) ensuring customer contact, collecting outstanding debt, cold calling to generate leads, surveying customers, etc.
</li><li>Follow-up correspondence with customers to help build new relationships and ensure existing customer satisfaction.
</li><li>Document customer activities by recording critical data into Customer Service Database and maintains and ensures accuracy of customer data.
