EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:

<li>Required: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Materials, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.</li>
<li>Preferred: Master&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or MBA.</li>
<li>Typical senior-level profile: 15+ years of engineering experience in upstream oil and gas equipment, with deep exposure to surface pressure control products; 7+ years leading multi-site, cross-functional engineering teams with a track record delivering NPIs and complex sustaining programs.</li>
