What you Deliver<ul><li>
Legal Assistance: Provide legal assistance and direct representation to immigrant clients before the USCIS. Asylum Office or Immigration Court on matters such as family petition, removal of conditional status, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, removal defense and any immigration proceedings. Direct representation encompasses the following tasks: conduct legal intake and screening, interview with clients, affiants, witness, experts, case managers, and others who can provide information or statement in furtherance of the client's immigration matters; draft, prepare and assemble relevant immigration petitions; conduct legal research; write memorandum of law, motions or briefs in support of applications and petitions filed before USCIS. Asylum Office. State, Immigration and federal Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, Administrative Appeals Office, EOIR, and other immigration agencies; prepare client for interviews or court hearings. Assist in preparing clients for court hearing and USCIS interviews, perform interpretations at USCIS, asylum office, and other interviews.</li><li>
Case Management: Maintain client physical and electronic files according to program requirements, including case notes, correspondence, filings, calendars, and dockets. Maintain a case status list and case service statistics for Cabrini Center and program funders. Participate in case reviews with Senior Attorney, Managing Attorney or Associate Legal Director as applicable. Maintain a minimum of 30-40 active cases. Keep abreast of new immigration regulations and policies as they arise to better serve clients.</li><li>
Meetings: Attendance and participation is mandatory in team meetings, Cabrini staff meetings, and other agency meetings. Participate in calls and meetings organized by funders, city-wide advocacy groups, and local service providers when appropriate and helpful.</li><li>
Contract Compliance: Comply with all contract requirements. Provide data and statistical information for grant, contract and other reporting purposes. Provide accurate and timely monthly data, time logs, and reports for internal use, funder use, and other entity use. Charla and Outreach: Participate in Charlas by presenting and performing legal consultations. POSITION SUMMARY

The Junior Structural Designer &amp; BIM Technician supports the Engineering Department in preparing drawings, models, and digital design deliverables for marine and heavy civil structures including bulkheads, dolphins, trestles, bridges, piers, and terminals.

This position is designed for early-career designers who are eager to learn structural and marine drafting, 3D modeling, and BIM workflows. The Junior Designer will work closely with senior engineers, modelers, and field teams to produce accurate plans and models while developing their technical and digital skill sets.

This role plays an important part in Orion's digital transformation, assisting in the integration of construction feedback, field data, and modeling technologies to enhance design quality, constructability, and collaboration. Principal Accountabilities<ul><li>
Schedules patient appointments and enters required information in the computer system in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>
Obtains demographic, insurance and financial information from patient or guarantor. Enters information in computer system with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>
Explains all required forms to the patient or guarantor and obtains the necessary signatures.</li><li>
Ensures medical necessity compliance by obtaining necessary data, reviewing Compliance System, communicating information to patient or guarantor and obtaining necessary signatures.</li><li>
Protects the financial integrity of the facility by collecting patient liability, establishing payment arrangements, discussing payment options and screening for eligibility.</li><li>
Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits and ensures all notifications and authorizations are completed within the required timeframes.</li><li>
Posts payments in the computer system and generates the appropriate patient receipts.</li><li>
Monitors, reviews and resolves patient account issues on assigned reports.</li><li>
Communicates in an effective and professional manner with Physicians, ancillary departments, nursing units, physicians&rsquo; office staff, insurance companies, as well as patients and their families (all Patient Access customers). Completes thorough and accurate documentation.</li><li>
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors, adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity of service.</li><li>
Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education, skills competency, supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.</li><li>
