A Day in the Life
The Surgical Onsite Specialist (SOS) is responsible for providing case support and customer support, training and education, and solution implementation assistance across aligned Surgical Centers of Therapy (COTs) with a focus on GYN. This role ensures seamless product utilization by assisting with on-site procedures, addressing customer inquiries, performing equipment upgrades and maintenance, and leading training initiatives for physicians and staff within an assigned account alignment and in partnership with the territory manager. The Surgical Onsite Specialist plays a critical role in lead generation, sales support, and market expansion efforts, contributing directly to the organization&rsquo;s growth and success.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Customer Support
<ul><li>Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical COTs within aligned territory.
</li></ul><ul><li>Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support to ensure successful product usage.
</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a trusted resource for physicians and surgical teams in the OR.
</li></ul>Customer Engagement &amp; Communication
<ul><li>Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure clear and effective communication between customers and colleagues.
</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and report concerns and opportunities to aligned Surgical Account Manager (SAM).
</li></ul>Equipment Upgrades &amp; Maintenance
<ul><li>Perform equipment and software upgrades as required.
</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct equipment fleet audits to ensure optimal product performance and compliance.
</li></ul>Training &amp; Education
<ul><li>Lead in-service training sessions for physicians, residents, and surgical staff on surgical product applications.
</li></ul><ul><li>Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, RPEs (Regional Peer Education), and Continuing Education (CE) programs.
</li></ul>Sales &amp; Implementation Support
<ul><li>Assist Surgical Account Manager (SAM) and Specialists with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives.
</li></ul><ul><li>Provide on-site support for regional conversions and product adoption strategies.
</li></ul>Inventory Management
<ul><li>Maintain accurate tracking and availability of surgical products for smooth procedure execution.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure inventory levels meet customer and operational needs.
</li></ul>Must Have: Minimum Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree
</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of required experience
</li></ul>Nice to Have:
<div><ul><li>1+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
</li><li>Demonstrated success in prospecting, generating new business, and building a pipeline
</li><li>Strong hunter mentality with a drive to win and grow territory performance

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$70,000.00 - $70,000.00 
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
 
 
In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
