Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Serves as a proficient development / configurator within the Manhattan Associates suite of applications, Preferably MA Active WMS Platform</li><li>Work on integrating DC Automation systems (WES, MHE) with WMS Systems</li><li>Work with Application Integrations team in API development on Google Cloud</li><li>Develop and support MA Active ProActive Custom changes as per business need</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.</li><li>Optimize warehouse operations by developing and implementing best practices and process improvements.</li><li>Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to improve productivity.</li><li>Conduct workshops sessions to ensure effective use of the system.</li><li>Stay updated with Manhattan Active new product release (innovations) in warehouse management.</li><li>Self-sufficient - completes tasks competently, effectively, and efficiently based on level of priority</li><li>Provide guidance for automation testing and Performance testing for WMS application</li><li>Develop test plans for both unit and systems testing</li><li>Verify the finalization of the stability of Code deliverables (SDN &amp; Config) from Manhattan, as well as the impact of the production system.</li><li>Must completely document all modifications and be able to maintain systems level documentation.</li><li>Assist in developing and maintaining departmental systems standards</li><li>Support and troubleshooting issues with the assistance of the functional analysts.</li><li>Be part of an On-call rotation and support for Business continuity after Go-Live</li><li>Minimum travel requirement of 30-40%, as part of each DC implementation.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p>

Desired Qualifications &amp; Experiences:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience, developing workflows &amp; config within Manhattan WMS (WMOS, MAWM) Applications, working with WES and MHE Implementations</li><li>Familiarity with modern tech stacks, API development, Google Cloud</li><li>Experience working with cloud platforms and cloud-native development.</li><li>Experience with Host (ERP) - WMS Integrations using Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF)</li><li>Knowledge of integrating warehouse management systems with other equipment and systems such as, Warehouse control systems (WCS), TMS, and ShipExec is desirable.</li><li>Creative &amp; Critical Thinking and Driving Results which are required in resolving complex projects or tasks</li><li>Excellent internal and external customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively</li><li>Project management, analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure, independently or within a team</li><li>Exceptional follow up and diligence</li><li>Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.</li><li>Knowledge of AI tools and industry trends is a plus</li></ul><p></p><p>
