 Position Summary
 
 
 
 As a Designer I for Women&rsquo;s Wovens, you will be expected to oversee the design and execution of product on a global creative season direction while fulfilling business needs under the guidance of the Sr Designer. You will design across all woven categories, taking lead in tech pack development and maintenance, as well as taking lead in fittings and owning the process from development through bulk stages.
 
 
 This is a creative position requiring strong familiarity with woven development and garment construction. You must be able to take direction and follow through with the work efficiently. Foresee and trouble-shoot any issues along the way with the guidance of the Sr Designer. Ability to multi-task, think outside the box, be open-minded and optimistic.
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job

 Work with Sr Designer and design team to research; develop concepts, colors, fabrics, and silhouette designs based on the global creative direction.

 Proactively research and identify trends and techniques that align with the Calvin Klein aesthetic for future seasons.

 Create a global wovens collection each season focusing on updates to commercial core pieces and fashion newness.

 Create Centric tech packs including design detail pages and BOM trim components. Working with tech partners to maintain these.

 Assemble and maintain presentation boards for meetings, including Miro and CADs for Merchandising tools.

The VP, Buying is responsible for creating and executing the division&rsquo;s product strategies to meet or exceed financial plans.  POSITION SUMMARY:
 
 Work within the AE Women&rsquo;s team and implement the supervisor's direction in all aspects of the design process, from initial concept stage to presentation, to development and execution of the final product.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Work closely with Designer to design category-specific product based on design direction given for American Eagle Women&rsquo;s team

 Learn and understand raw materials and trims related to a specific classification

 Perform daily follow-up using email and PLM

 Interact with merchants and vendors to develop working partnership

 Observe presentation techniques and be prepared to make preliminary presentations

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Drafting and evaluating a wide variety of agreements for some of the largest video game developers and publishers, including development and publishing agreements, licensing agreements, advertising, contractor and vendor agreements, NDAs, etc.</li><li>
Reviewing video game advertising as well as privacy and data security in coordination with those other departments here at FKKS.</li><li>
Acting as client liaison including tracking and managing communication about new requests and ongoing projects, ensuring proper handling and escalation of issues, and assisting other Interactive Entertainment team members.</li><li>
Researching legal and practical matters relevant to client&rsquo;s businesses, keeping up to date on all relevant regulatory and legal developments in the video game space, and managing and adding to an internal legal knowledge base.</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Highly developed legal drafting, analytical, research, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>

Relevant internships at a game or entertainment law firm or company during the third year of law school may be counted toward this experience requirement.</li><li>
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bars of California or New York is required.</li><li>
Experience with IP Licensing and agreements with complex commercial terms.</li><li>
Experience in advertising, software, privacy and data security.</li><li>
Exceptional project management and organizational skills along with a willingness to use these skills proactively to create and improve legal functions in an organization.</li></ul>
Salary
The base salary for this position is $210,000 &ndash; $220,000, based on class year.
