</b></p><ul><li>Provides operational support and serves as divisional expert on campus enterprise system (Oracle) for financial reporting, human resource transactions, procurement, and expense reporting processes
</li><li>Collaborates with the Talent Management team in Development and Alumni Relations on hiring divisional staff
</li><li>Processes personnel actions for new hires and existing employees
</li><li>Guides supervisors in the interpretation and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and programs
</li><li>Manages a divisional budget of approximately $21M and facilitates the annual budget process, providing reports/metrics to the executive leadership team
</li><li>Maintains databases and provides oversight for tracking divisional expenditures
</li><li>Manages space allocation and directs/coordinates facilities maintenance and security access for staff areas
</li><li>Develops, refines, interprets, and implements policies for the division
</li><li>Oversees the IT effort in the division, including the installation, support, and security of desktop systems
</li><li>Directly manages three administrative staff and two IT staff, with indirect oversight of the receptionist and reception function

</li><li>Maintains contact with various administrators on campus and attends administrator forums, staying up to date on university initiatives and the potential impact on the division

The Supervisor, Projects Procurement oversees a team of 4&ndash;6 procurement professionals and reports to the Senior Manager of Procurement. This role leads all procurement and contracting activities supporting Field Engineering projects, including pipelines, terminals, compression, gas processing facilities, NGL infrastructure, storage systems, and reliability upgrades.</p><p>
The position ensures Field Engineering projects are executed with qualified contractors, fit-for-purpose materials, and commercially competitive agreements that support safe operations, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and schedule performance. Success requires strong commercial judgment, knowledge of sourcing and contracting models, and collaboration with key stakeholders and executive leaders. Proactively partner with Engineering early to understand requirements</p></li><li><p>
Develop contracting strategies, including lump sum, time and material, unit rate, and scope of work development for services, materials, and long-lead equipment sourcing</p></li><li><p>

 Prequalify suppliers and contractors for sourcing event (capabilities, safety, financials)</p><p></p><p><b><br>

7+ years of procurement/contracting experience, including capital or operational projects is required.</p></li><li><p>
2+ years supervisory experience is preferred</p></li><li><p>
Experience in pipeline, terminal, or gas processing procurement is required.</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated RFx management, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, supplier performance management</p></li><li><p>
Experience using Oracle ERP is preferred.</p></li><li><p>
CPSM, CPM, PMP, or equivalent certifications is preferred.</p></li><li><p>
