Role Overview</h1>
As a Senior Motion Designer, you&rsquo;ll lead the creative vision and hands-on execution of motion across product and brand, bringing ideas to life through compelling 2D and 3D animation across UI/UX experiences, marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, social content, promos, and more. You&rsquo;ll drive projects end-to-end &mdash; from concept, storyboarding, and styleframes to animatics and final delivery &mdash; while establishing scalable motion systems, templates, and guidelines that ensure consistency across teams. What You'll Do</h1><ul><li>
Lead the creation of high-quality motion graphics, animations, and graphic video content across a variety of media: product UI/UX, marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, social content, promos, trailers, and more.</li><li>

Strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of expressive motion design work: brand storytelling, marketing/campaign content, product UI/UX animations, social/digital content, etc.</li><li>
Deep understanding of animation fundamentals: timing, spacing, anticipation, composition, visual rhythm, and design sensibility.</li><li>
Expert proficiency in industry-standard tools: e.g., Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and preferably experience in Figma, Cinema 4D, or Blender.</li><li>
