<li><b>Prior Experience:</b> Graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Marketing and has held roles at every level of Northwestern Mutual&rsquo;s leadership track, including Assistant Regional Director at the company&rsquo;s Milwaukee headquarters.</li>
<li><b>Passionate About:</b> Ryan lives in Elmhurst, Illinois, with his wife and their three children. He enjoys family time, sports, and community involvement. He became a full-time Financial Representative in 2002 and transitioned into leadership roles including College Unit Director, Field Director, and later Managing Director of the Chicago office.</li>
<li><b>Passionate About:</b> Trent lives in Park Ridge, Illinois, with his wife and their three daughters. His family enjoys golf, boating, and travel, and actively supports organizations like Feed My Starving Children, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Bear Necessities, and Alex&rsquo;s Lemonade Stand.</li>

<li><b>Passionate About:</b> Scott lives in the northwest suburbs with his wife, Gina. He enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family, including his two adult children, and grandchildren.</li>
