This role is responsible for shaping long-term strategy, improving organizational performance, and ensuring successful execution of complex business transformations.The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery experience, and is capable of influencing senior stakeholders while driving measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development &amp; Execution<ul><li>Lead the development of corporate and business unit strategies aligned with organizational goals</li><li>Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, initiatives, and KPIs</li><li>Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analysis to inform decision-making</li></ul>Transformation Leadership<ul><li>Design and lead end-to-end transformation programs (digital, operational, organizational)</li><li>Establish transformation governance, PMO structures, and performance tracking</li><li>Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve targeted outcomes</li></ul>Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Partner with C-level executives and business leaders to align on priorities</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic and transformation matters</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority</li></ul>Performance &amp; Value Realization<ul><li>Define and track value creation metrics (cost savings, revenue growth, efficiency gains)</li><li>Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies</li><li>Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement</li></ul>Change Management<ul><li>Lead organizational change efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and ways of working</li><li>Develop communication and engagement strategies to support transformation initiatives</li></ul>RequirementsExperience<ul><li>10&ndash;15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles</li><li>Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs</li><li>Experience in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey &amp; Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain &amp; Company) or equivalent industry roles is highly preferred</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Excellent program management and execution skills</li><li>Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Financial acumen and ability to build business cases</li><li>Strong leadership and team management abilities</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field</li><li>MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in digital transformation, operating model design, or performance improvement</li><li>Industry expertise (e.g., government, energy, financial services, or telecom)</li><li>Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Clear and actionable enterprise strategy aligned with business goals</li><li>Successful delivery of transformation initiatives with measurable impact</li><li>Strong alignment and engagement across leadership teams</li><li>Sustainable improvements in performance and efficiency.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: QAR365.00 - QAR550.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 40 per weekWork Location: In person
