Compile operational reports and analyze service data for management review and decision-making.</li><li>
Enter and track mileage, routing data, and service information in spreadsheets and databases.</li><li>
Process accounts payable invoices and verify third-party billing accuracy using accounting software.</li><li>
Review customer accounts and maintain accurate financial and operational records.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with <b>Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)</b> and <b>U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)</b> regulations, including monitoring driver qualifications and Hours of Service documentation.</li><li>
Monitor driver safety performance and partner with management to address compliance or performance concerns.</li><li>
Coordinate with management to resolve regulatory issues and ensure safe, legal fleet operations.</li><li>

What You Need:
</h2><ul><li>3+ years of dispatch experience, preferably in waste management or transportation.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/transportation training or certification is a plus.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>
2+ years of customer service experience.</li><li>
Strong understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) and routing software <b>(Samsara or Roadnet preferred)
</b></li><li>1+ year experience reporting financial or operational data to management.</li></ul><p>
