Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Point of contact for commercial service requests and technician assignments.</li><li>
Scheduling and tracking of service technicians to maximize their operating efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>
100% quality on all customer service calls and ensure timely response to customer requests.</li><li>
Earn customer loyalty by effectively and efficiently managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Communicate with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff.</li></ul>

Requirements 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
3+ years of dispatching/customer service experience</li><li>
High School or Vocational School Education.</li><li>
General familiarity with the Tampa area (distances/highways/etc.).</li><li>
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.</li><li>
Strong proficiency with MS office (Word, PPT, &amp; Excel).</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple jobs at one time and stay organized.</li></ul>

About Us:We are a busy mid-size HVAC company looking for an energetic person to join our team.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher / Accounts Receivable person to support the daily operations of our mid-size HVAC company. This position is responsible for supporting HVAC Dispatch, managing Accounts Receivable functions, and providing general office support as needed.
