This nonprofit organization grew out of the United Methodist connection in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. If you are ready to leverage your grant program management expertise for the benefit of faith-based nonprofits, we want to hear from you.</p><p><b>Grant Program Description</b></p><p>Faith Foundation Northwest will issue rebates for the purchase and installation of high-efficiency electric equipment by small nonprofits across the state of Washington. These installations will benefit people who are disproportionately affected by climate change by improving climate control and indoor air quality in spaces where they receive social services. The program will maximize greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions by requiring electric conversions of spaces that currently use fossil fuels for heating and cooling.</p><p>Eligible nonprofits that primarily benefit vulnerable populations, provide services full-time, and benefit a higher number of community members per square foot-- both on a weekly basis and as part of a community&rsquo;s emergency response plan-- will be prioritized. <ul><li><p>Analyze audience sentiment around issue areas and translate insights into actionable messaging approaches and campaign recommendations for communications, fundraising, and program teams.</p>
</li></ul><div><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred but not required, or equivalent professional and work experience.</li>
<li>2-3 years of experience in social media content creation or account management with demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing community engagement at scale, including high-volume inbound comment and DM management across multiple platforms.</li>
<li>Strong strategic judgment with the ability to make independent, real-time decisions in high-visibility and sensitive situations without escalation.</li>
<li>Experience with proactive / comments-as-creative social engagement strategies.</li>
<li>Comfortable appearing on camera in authentic, unscripted or semi-produced social video formats; experience as an on-camera talent or creator is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience supporting live event social coverage is valued.</li>
<li>Proficiency with social media management platforms (Sprout Social preferred), social listening tools, and community moderation workflows.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of platform dynamics across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Threads &mdash; including algorithmic signals, community norms, and risk management.</li>
<li>Outstanding interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex, sensitive, and sometimes adversarial public interactions with grace.</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to adapt voice and tone rapidly across contexts.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, build internal relationships, and serve as a connector between teams and audiences.</li>
<li>Familiarity with issue advocacy and political campaign experience is valued.</li>
<li>Genuine commitment to anti-hunger, anti-poverty, and equity-centered work..</li>
