 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; A degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field (Master's a plus, not a must)
 
 
 &bull; Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
 
 
 &bull; Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals &mdash; neural networks, transformers, classification, regression, and model evaluation
 
 
 &bull; Exposure to LLMs, generative AI, or NLP through coursework, projects, internships, or personal builds
 
 
 &bull; A problem-solving mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine drive to build things that work
 
 
 &bull; Clear communication skills &mdash; you can explain what you built, why it matters, and what you'd do differently
