<li>Direct subcontractor procurement, negotiations, contract execution, and performance management.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all company safety programs, environmental regulations, and client-specific requirements.</li>
<li>Lead executive-level project meetings, progress reviews, and client briefings.</li>
<li>Support preconstruction activities including estimating reviews, constructability analysis, scheduling, and risk assessment.</li>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience managing large-scale heavy civil or highway construction projects.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with DOT or federally funded infrastructure projects.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of DOT specifications, contracts, and construction methodologies.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage large project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>Experience with TxDOT projects preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.</li>
<li>PMP, CCM, or PE certification a plus.</li>
