<div>Position Purpose:
The Lab Technician plays a crucial role in the Global Brand &amp; Product Development team, requiring meticulous attention to detail, strong technical skills, and effective communication. Collaborating with Product Engineering, Product Development, and Quality teams, they contribute to project goals, providing essential support for new product development, and production performance. Responsibilities encompass constructing test rigs, executing testing, and reviewing results. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
70% Test Execution - Execute product testing following protocols in accordance with applicable test standards. This will include, but not be limited to, tests for: functional safety, mechanical operation, environmental conditions, reliability, performance, failure modes, and usability. Set up test rigs and document test procedures based on both internal and industry standards. Ensure test design follows lab Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as applicable and that all activities are completed on time.</li><li>
10% Data Evaluation - Document test data clearly and accurately, following Standard Operating Procedures. Evaluate test failures, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Work with Test Engineer and/or Test Supervisor to determine any additional testing needed.</li><li>
10% Project Planning - Participate on project teams and work directly with Product Engineers and Test Engineer to understand product and determine applicable testing. Offer input on suitable test rigs, recommend modifications to improve testing plans' effectiveness, and contribute to discussions on test methods, techniques, and tools.</li><li>
5% Automation - Basic skills in developing code for PLC, PID and or Raspberry pi.</li><li>
5% Maintenance - Participate in 5S organization in the lab and ensure work area(s) meet 5S standards.</li></ul>

The center is located in a state-of-the-art, 40,000-square-foot facility within the Joseph Brown Whitehead Building, next to our Campus Recreation Center. Stamps Health Services provides care in six areas: Primary care, women's health, Psychiatry, Travel/Immunization/Allergy, Pharmacy, and Diagnostic Services (lab and radiology). As a Payment Accuracy Policy Manager, you will serve as a critical bridge between healthcare payment expertise in our facility capability. This role combines deep subject matter knowledge with strategic influence&mdash;driving the development of payment integrity policies that protect our clients while advancing Rialtic's platform capabilities.

You'll lead the research, evaluation, and implementation of new policies based on CMS guidelines, Medicaid requirements, industry standards, and emerging medical cost trends in the facility space of our offering. Working closely with client management, product, engineering, and content leadership teams, you'll translate complex payment policy concepts into actionable strategies that deliver measurable value. Responsibilities

About The Role: This hybrid role combines deep expertise in software engineering with AI/ML innovation. You&rsquo;ll join development efforts across both traditional and AI-powered systems, and serve as a technical bridge between LLMs, cloud solutions, and scalable software architecture. 
 
The Software Engineer &ndash; AI Solutions role will report directly to the Engineering Manager, and will work closely with the Engineering team, and other technology leaders to ensure that existing and new data solutions follow best practices and are highly performant. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
AI &amp; Machine Learning
<ul><li>
Design, build, and optimize AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel</li><li>
Implement, fine-tune, and prompt-engineer large language models (LLMs) for Rev.io&rsquo;s business use cases</li><li>
Architect and manage vector databases, indexes, and retrieval pipelines</li><li>
Ensure AI systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise software best practices</li><li>
Stay ahead of AI trends, recommending tools and techniques that align with Rev.io&rsquo;s innovation goals</li></ul>

Software Engineering
<ul><li>Contribute to full-stack software development using .NET, SQL, React/Typescript, and Python</li><li>
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and architectural alignment for cross-functional teams</li><li>
Perform hands-on coding for high-impact, complex system components</li><li>
Engage and mentor in code reviews and architecture sessions with team members</li><li>
Work closely with Product and Design to deliver scalable, performant features</li><li>
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues with AI or application layers</li><li>
Champion Agile principles, DevOps, and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul>

Requirements:
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
5+ years in software engineering (preferably with leadership experience)</li><li>
3+ years hands-on with LLMs, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases</li><li>
Strong coding skills in both AI contexts (Python, prompt engineering) and enterprise development (.NET, React/TypeScript, SQL)</li><li>
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills</li><li>
Ability to translate AI concepts to business leaders and technical peers</li><li>
Familiarity with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, cloud-native architecture a strong plus</li></ul>
