 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 Administrative Support

 Executive Team Support

 Provide high-level administrative support to our executive team, including calendar management support, booking travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

 Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholder
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee board communication, including scheduling meetings, preparing board materials, and ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports in partnership with the executive team to drive key projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with special projects, company initiatives, and cross-functional team coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and attend meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and follow-ups.
 </li>

 Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

 </li>
 <li>
