</p><p><b>Mission:
</b></p><p>Contribute &amp; execute category strategy with most curated and balanced offer and maximize the business with efficient &amp; strategic action plan to maintain the leadership as an omni-retailer.<br>
</p><p><br>
<b>You will be responsible for </b><b>:
</b></p><ul><li>Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management, ensuring Coordination &amp; implementation of multi-brand category strategy &amp; action plan with the relevant stake-holders both inside and outside the company.
</li><li>Full responsibility for the KPI&rsquo;s of: Sales, Margin, Inventory, Market share and growth.
</li><li>Actively take role on budget process and monitor the realization of sales and margins.
</li><li>Brand management of exclusive brands
</li><li>Monitoring of assortments, merchandising updates &amp; provide max. efficiency on store layouts
</li><li>Management of transversal projects: brand productivity-assortment optimization
</li><li>Managing OMNI trade plan: product and POS orders, local adaptations and online/ offline implementations
</li><li>Close collaboration with Europe Catman team to bring feedback to HQ of local specificities &amp; opportunities, exchanging best practice and proposing action plan.
</li><li>Bring constant supports to stores/ identifying problems /bringing corporate solution.
</li><li>Identify the opportunities of sales and margin development

</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in Category Management.
</li><li>Strong knowledge multi-brand and omni-channel category strategies, and experience in managing exclusive brand portfolios
</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and store teams
</li><li>Strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and problem-solving ability.
</li><li>Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively across multiple levels and functions.
</li>Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.<br>
