The Maintenance Technician II plays a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of one or more residential properties. WHAT YOU WILL DO:<ul><li>
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on essential building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.</li><li>
Repair and maintain interior and exterior property features such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, and fixtures.</li><li>
