This highly visible team supports key hiring initiatives across the organization. The coordinator will support day-to-day recruiting operations including high-volume interview scheduling, candidate travel coordination, background check facilitation, onboarding logistics, and maintaining HR systems (Workday).

   Book conference rooms and distribute candidate logistics/directions
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain and update HR data systems (Workday)
  </li>

   Ensure completion of onboarding processes including background checks and orientation logistics
  </li>

   Manage online applicant tracking system and resume database
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure candidate applications and documentation are complete and accurate

   Support recruiters with special projects as needed
