   Provide high-level executive support to the President, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and manage board communications and meeting materials
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate meetings using Microsoft Teams and Zoom, including virtual and in-person logistics
  </li>
  <li>
   Support office operations, including supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor interface
  </li>
  <li>
   Troubleshoot basic conference room and technology needs
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain organization-wide confidentiality and professional communication standards

  Qualifications

   Experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant capacity
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, or mission-driven environments preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Teams and Zoom)
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated ability to manage office operations and administrative logistics
  </li>
  <li>
   Poised, professional demeanor with a collaborative and service-oriented approach
