Reporting to the Drives Service Manager, you will act as the technical point person between customers and extended ABB teams.
 
 
 The work model for the role is: onsite
 
 
 You will be mainly accountable for:

 Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance with expert oversight; identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories

 Consulting with and advising customers on the most effective service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines

 Creating and maintaining reliable relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions

 Knowledge of AC/DC drives technology, industrial communications (Profibus, Ethernet, Modbus, industrial routers, cloud-based services, etc.) and remote monitoring and remote support systems
