In close relationship with both Aftermarket, Engineering. The Technician must service all customers professionally and secure a high degree of customer satisfaction. The Technician is expected to work consistently with securing on time delivery of support, to customers and business partners.</p>

What Will You Do?</i></b></p>

<div><div>Supervise and support the installed base of equipment, including new installations and commissioning, maintenance and servicing, as well as retrofit activities and upgrades.</div></div>

Perform on-site technical support and field service activities, such as troubleshooting and diagnostics, overhauls and repairs (both on-site and in the workshop), and execution of tasks in line with technical manuals and documentation.</div></div>

  Key Responsibilities

  <li>
   Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently
  </li>
  <li>
   Identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity for Motors&amp;Generators
  </li>
  <li>
   Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines
  </li>
  <li>
   Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions
  </li>
  <li>
   HSE procedure has to be followed
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews
  </li>
  <li>
   Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods
  </li>
  <li>
   Frequent domestic travelling will be required, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites. Very punctual international travelling might also be required for training purposes or special customers
  </li>

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical/Electronic or mechanical engineering
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 3 years of experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowlodge for vibration measurement and analysis (CAT I certificated) will be considered an advantage
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowlodge Electrical test and mechanical Maintenance for industrial HV/LV Motor&amp;Generator
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
  </li>
  <li>
   Turkish knowledge is a must
  </li>
  <li>
   Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Flexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates. Only on specific and pre-fixed schedule, availability to work during weekends and public holidays to provide 7/24 support. Up to 70% travel required
  </li>

   Driving license at least type B

Advanced, total system-level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and service repair needs on designated equipment.</p></li><li><p>
Customer satisfaction: Daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues.</p></li><li><p>
Acts to ensure satisfaction to primary customers.</p></li><li><p>
Assists in Account Sales visits; helps train others where necessary; identify Sales opportunities and communicate to account team.</p></li><li><p>
Business growth: Assists in the growth and direction of business in his/her geographic area.</p></li><li><p>
Productivity: Responsible for Warranty and PMS contract cost control.</p></li><li><p>
Administration: Responsibly completes all administration tasks on time. Ensures timely completion of FMIs and PMS inspections documentation for assigned accounts.</p></li><li><p>
Installation: Plays a leading role in complex and multifunctional rooms. Shares best practices.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standard, according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement.</p></li><li><p>
